Sue founded Tailor Made Inventories in 2003 and has enjoyed developing a quality team whilst building an excellent reputation within the industry for our service, professionalism and knowledge.

Abby joined Tailor Made in March 2017 Initially as our Operations Manager, she now works solely in our Accounts Department. She has more than 13 years experience in the property and lettings industry she has a wide range of skills including dealing with deposits and dilapidations through to bank reconciliation and bookkeeping, invoicing, not to mention her amazing organisational skills, she is a great team member.

Nikki joined Tailor Made in 2015 and has gained a reputation for high customer care standards, friendly approachable nature, always going the extra mile and is a great benefit to Tailor Made with huge experience.

Gemma joined Tailor Made in February 2020 as our Client Manager, and now works as one of the Inventory team part time. She has more than 6 years experience in the property and lettings industry and accumulated a wide range of skills including Tenancy Agreement experience, dealing with deposits and dilapidations, her professional, calm nature and superb customer service skills make her an invaluable team member.

Bethan joined Tailor Made in July 2017 already having a wealth of experience as an Inventory specialist, her positive, friendly approach and above and beyond attitude make her an integral, valuable member of the team with vast experience.

Donna joined Tailor Made in November 2017, she coordinates our team and bookings as the Client Manager, whilst ensuring general smooth running of the operation and works as one of the Inventory team at busy times, her superb customer service skills and lovely helpful nature make her a key part of our team.

Lesley joined Tailor Made Inventories in 2023 after gaining extensive experience in the property market and block/tenancy management. Lesley is a valued member of the team who has built excellent relationships with our longest standing agents and landlords. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she always goes the extra mile for all clients.
