Due to cutting edge technology we can produce an extremely fast turnaround usually within hours of leaving site. We pride ourselves on the reports being of a very high quality yet very easy to understand. Our online booking system makes ordering and receiving inventories so simple and means tenants landlords and agents are always able access a copy.  A tenant can add their own comments to their Inventory with a simple tap or click on their device directly onto the pdf (within an agreed 7 day time frame from receipt), before it closes off for the duration of the tenancy, this ensures disputes are rare, making the check-out process much easier for all parties
