INTERIM INSPECTION

We will attend a property at mid-term intervals to inspect its overall condition using our specialist software to prepare a report for the agent/landlord, giving comprehensive insight and some peace of mind as to how the tenants are looking after their property and whether it is being appropriately maintained. This also gives the tenants an opportunity to flag up any issues which the agent and landlord may find helpful to be informed about in the early stages.
